We act as data controller for the  personal data that we process about our members, visitors,participants at events we organise (including Regatta events), clients, visitors to our  pages on social media (collectively, ‘data subjects’)This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data

c) For Participants at events including Regatta participants:

  • Medical information relevant for safety during the regatta.
  • Images, videos, or recordings (e.g., during the event, with your consent).
  • Performance or competition-related data.

d) Website Visitors:

  • Any personal information voluntarily submitted via contact forms.
